The 15th annual Beach Plum Festival will be held from 9am to 4pm on September 9th, at the first bathing pavillion in Island Beach State Park. The celebration will include beach plum picking and jelly making demonstration, arts and craft show, food and entertainment, children’s games, bird banding demonstration, environmental and non-profit exhibits, and a kayak raffle.  For more information call 732.793.5525 or e-mail us at info@friendsofislandbeach.org
